they turned into the tribe of rushing water (they moved because two-legs were building the hose-place and they thought the two-legs were going to destroy the forest)

Yes, in the Warriors series, the cats do move between different territories, including from the forest to the lake. This movement is often driven by changes in their environment, conflicts with other groups, or prophecies that guide their actions.
In the Warrior Cats series, the rank on the lake territory includes leaders, deputy, warriors, apprentices, queens, elders, and kits. Leaders are responsible for making important decisions for the clan, deputies support the leader and sometimes take their place, warriors protect the clan, apprentices are in training to become warriors, queens are nursing or expecting mothers, elders are retired warriors, and kits are young cats.
Graystripe returns in The Sight, in Chaper 10.

Well, it depend on if you mean Warrior Cats, a series from Erin Hunter, or just regular warriors in the ancient times such as Roman or Greek. For cats, I would say no, given that they wouldn't be able to function with just bones. But in a fictional movie, such as Indiana Jones or a fighting-type movie, there could indeed be "skeleton warriors". Again, this is fiction, not real life.
warriors bite when fighting because that's instinct.
According to the official warriors cats fansite, no one is planning to make a film for it. But on youtube, there are many little clips that have to do with warriors cats.

I'm not sure; it may have been because he had a sort of connection with the stick, where he used it to communicate with the ancient cats. And he was pretty obsessed over that thing too... he thought the ancient cats had all the answers to everything.
