Psalms 37: 29 shows that there will come a time when our planet will be filled with righteous people who will possess the earth and live forever on it. The Bible speaks about the resurrection of the dead in these words, in John 5: 28,29. "Those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice ( Jesus' voice ) and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement. Every living person has the opportunity to reconcile with God and be part of those in His memory as a righteous one.
