The main ones are Groudon,Kyogre, and Rayquaza then theres Latias in Pokemon sapphire and latios in Pokemon ruby.and i think you have to hack to get Celebi mew and Jirachi.Rayquaza is the Pokemon i recommed getting. Pokemon Ruby is the better one because u can get Groudon AND Rayquaza.
