If one were to believe in the Christian religion, then they should know that no one truly fights in the Final Battle, for Jesus will speak with a sharp sword in his mouth the Word of God and all the soldiers on the side of Satan and those who bare the mark of the beast shall be stricken down forever. Therefore no one truly fights in Armageddon, but it depends on your denomination on who will be on the battle grounds to witness the down fall of Satan
Armageddon is a "place" where, in the Great Tribulation; Satan and his two minions the Beast, and the False Prophet, who shall wield both political and religious global power, will command all available nations on earth to gather... to fight the "alien invader" [Jesus Christ] who will be approaching the earth "in clouds."
"...three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the Dragon [Satan: Rev.12:9], and out of the mouth of the Beast, and out of the mouth of the False Prophet. For they are the spirits of devils [demons], working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earthand of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that Great Day of God Almighty... and he [should be they; the three demons] gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon." (Rev.16:13-16)
Prophetically speaking... the earthly participants in this "Great Battle of God Almighty" are referenced in Revelation 17, which is an inset chapter that gives a general overview of the role of the False Prophet and a false universal church which has held sway over the nations of the world for centuries, through to the coming of the Lord.
Only three verses in this chapter are all we need to know and understand how Armageddon will go down -- the time of Jesus' return to earth with the Kingdom of God, and the end of the rule of man's governments on earth.
The final resurrection of Daniel's "fourth Beast" [Dan.7], which was and is the "Roman Empire" [whose farthest rule once stretched from the Atlantic to the Ural Mountains {past Moscow}], will result in the reestablishment of "kingdoms" -- specifically, Europe will subdivide into "ten of them" [the "ten toes" of Dan.2 and the dream of king Nebuchadnezzar, corresponds to Daniel's "beastly dream," chapter 7].
"...the Stone [Christ] was cut out without hands... smote the image upon his feet that were made of iron and clay [the last resurrection of the "iron" empire of Rome temporarily united by the fragile clay of false religion], and brake them to pieces." (Dan.2:34)
It was this final "ten-kingdom" resurrection of the Roman Empire that shall give rise to the coming Great Tribulation that John saw in his dream in Revelation.
And its these ten kings of the Beast's empire to whom the three demons shall "go forth to gather" them and "the armies of the whole world" to Armageddon... to fight Jesus Christ and His angelic army.
The three verses of Revelation 17 are:
"And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the Beast.
"These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the Beast.
"These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for He is the Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful." (Rev.17:12-14)
The kingdom-binding false religion of the False Prophet and his miracles and lying wonders [the clay which gives deceptive creedence to the world of the Beast's "divinity" and leads to his ascension to power... will falter in the end:
"...the ten horns [ten kings] which thou sawest upon the Beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. For God hath put it in their hearts to fulfill His will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the Beast, until the Words of God shall be fulfilled.
"And the woman [the great false universal church] which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth." (Rev.17:16-18)
The inset chapter of Revelation 18 summarizes the ultimate fate of the Beast and man's errant Satan-guided governments on earth.
Chapter 19 reveals Jesus' return to earth in wrath and making war... along with a brief description of the battle at Armageddon that many of God's prophets also touch upon throughout The Bible.
"...Behold, a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He doth Judge and MAKE WAR... His name is called The Word of God.
"And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses... and out of His mouth goeth a sharp Sword, that with it He should SMITE THE NATIONS: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron...
"...I saw an angel... saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the Supper of the Great God; that ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captians, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
"And I saw the Beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse, and against His army.
"And the Beast was taken, and with him the False Prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the Beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a Lake of Fire burning with brimstone [sulfur].
"And the remnant were slain with the Sword of Him that sat upon the horse, which proceeded out of His mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh." (Rev.19:11-21)
The word "Armageddon" has taken on some fanciful and imaginative meanings to many people... even moreso in these last days of Hollywood computer graphics and entertainment. Invariably, they all end with "mankind" either saving the day... or mankind trudging along into a gloomy radioactive sunset, ever hopeful of a better day.
But Bible prophecy reveals Armageddon as the place where the returning Jesus Christ will curtail man's destruction of all life on earth and put down man's ability to make any more wars. The participants in that Great Battle [the Supper of the Great God] will be "FLESH AND BLOOD" people gathered together to that place from around the world on one side -- and Jesus Christ, His saints and His army of angels on the other side.
"Do you think I cannot call on My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels?" (Matt.26:53 NIV)
"Jesus said, 'My Kingdom is not of this world. If it were, My servants would fight to prevent My arrest by the Jews. But now My Kingdom is from another place." (John 18:36 NIV)
When Peter swung his short sword at the head of the high priest's servant and severed his ear... he missed the "killing blow" that he intended. Peter was ready for the Kingdom of God to begin... and he was ready to fight for his Master. He didn't understand that it wasn't yet the right time for it.
When the time is right... Jesus' servants will fight... and His Kingdom will be established on the earth, just as the Bible says it will. It will begin at a place called Armageddon, where the flesh and blood armies of the nations of the world and their best war-making capabilities will be destroyed.
Mankind will lose the real [and brief] battle at Armageddon to God Almighty. And God... not man... will begin the true process of salvation of mankind.
Yes he does you sure know your history. He does fight the Anti Christ in the battle of the Armageddon.
we have almost no possibilitie of that unless we fight with china or iran but then it would be full on armageddon so the answer is no unless we fight with any superpower that has nukes
Those that have to fight it!
Those that were being drafted to fight the war verses those that didn't have to fight the war. People that don't have to fight wars usually speak the loudest FOR WAR.

Those that didn't have to fight it.
Those who choose to fight against the established government.
Those who choose to fight against the established government.
No, there must remain alternatives for those who oppose war as a matter of conscience.
