The correct answer is the CIA and I challenge ANYONE to prove me wrong on this! Congressman Leo J. Ryan was deliberately lured to Guyana and assassinated by the CIA for attempting to make them accountable for ALL of their actions (see the ORIGINAL Hughes-Ryan amendment).
The real tragedy is that those 900+ so called "suicide cult" members (including over 200 children,) had to go too because they were material witnesses to the Congressman's assassination! The original Guyanese Coroner's report indicated that most of those people were either shot in the back or injected between their shoulder blades with Cyanide! The American people were (and still are,) so gullible and so brainwashed that they gobbled up the ridiculous media whitewashing like it was the last supper! Apparently no real investigation was required and no one even bothered to ask any intelligent questions about the gaping holes in the flimsy cover story!
