Acts 9:17, 18 - And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit." Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized. [NKJV]

In 1 Corinthians 1:13-17, Paul minimized his activity personally in baptisms, stating that his main mission was to preach the Gospel. That being said, the results at Philippi were that Lydia and her household were baptized. Probably that household would be considered her work force in producing purple cloth. Acts 16:11-15.

Then after being jailed over a controversy of the healing of a spiritist maiden (op. cit., vv,12-24), the Philippian Jailor and his household were saved and baptized, after they heard the Word of God about Christ's sacrifice for man's sins (op. cit., vv 25-40).

The account of Lydia in Acts 16 relates that she was baptized as a result of Paul's preaching (v.14), but it doesn't specify who baptized her.

According to remarks Paul made in 1 Corinthians 1:14-16, he himself did next to no baptizing, "lest anyone should say that I had baptized in my own name." Paul's focus was on preaching and teaching; he left the "act" of baptizing to his companions.

When Lydia and her household were baptized, Paul's company also included Silas, Timothy and Luke, any of whom could have done the literal baptizing.

When did St. Paul realize he was a Christian?

Probably after he was knocked to the ground on the way to Damascus. In Acts chapter 9 Paul is blind for three days, then a disciple called Ananias visits him, Paul receives his sight back and is baptised. In Christianity only believers are baptised so during that time he must have become a Christian.
