The electrons are the subatomic particles that are located in orbitals around the nucleus of an atom. They carry a negative charge and occupy different energy levels within the atom based on their quantum numbers.

Electrons moving around the nucleus of an atom occupy specific energy levels or electron shells. These regions are often described as orbitals, where each orbital can hold a specific number of electrons based on its energy level.
The electrons in an atom are located in what is called the electron cloud. The electron cloud is an "area of probability" where electrons may be. The electrons actually occupy fixed energy levels, the so-called Fermi energy levels, around the nucleus of the atom, and we identify these energy levels as shells and orbitals. The protons are found outside of the neucleus not inside
Niels Bohr started the theory of electrons moving in exact orbits around the nucleus, but I've never heard of these orbits called 'tracks'
The Bohr model demonstrates electron placement by showing electrons orbiting the nucleus in specific energy levels, or "shells". Each shell can only accommodate a certain number of electrons, with the electrons closest to the nucleus having lower energy levels. The model helps us understand how electrons are organized and distributed within an atom.

The nucleus is the part of the atom made up of protons and neutrons, and it contains nearly all of the atom's mass. Electrons, which have much lesser mass, orbit around the nucleus.
