Keep the 613 mitzvot (or rules). These include the 10 Commandments given on Mt. Sinai to Moses.
Judaism believes that Moses received the written and oral teachings from G-d at Mount Sinai. Moses then transcribed based on G-d's word these written teachings into the 5 books of the Torah, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy (Hebrew - Bereshit, Shmot, Vayikra, Bamidbar, Devarim). The oral teachings were to be handed down from generation to generation starting from Moses.
Moses is an epic hero due to his importance to the nation of Israel. He is deemed as a hero because he comes from unusual origins, he stands up to the Eygptians, he trusts God, who acts as his "sidekick" (even though Moses is really Gods sidekick). Moses is alone in the fact that no one believes his ways at first and is cursed by his people, even though he has Aaron to act as his voice. Moses was concouis of the fact Pharoah could have him killed in an instance.
In a very simplified way, yes. It is important to note that Muslims do not worship Mohammed in any way. They just consider him the most important prophet. However, there are many fundamental differences between the three religions. Please see the Related Question for information on that.

No. A nationalist is someone who believes that based on the common ethnicity of a group that they should have a ethnic nation-state. This is an idea that only came into existence in the mid-1700s and early 1800s. Moses, assuming he lived, would have been a religious leader and a statesman, but not a nationalist. He would probably be considered a theocrat by today's standards.
Judaism believes in One God, who created the world and gave the Torah. As for people, Judaism was transmitted through its many prophets and sages, including Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Isaiah, Daniel, Hillel, and others.
Miss Watson was trying to teach Huck about "Moses and The Bulrushes." He apparently thought it was BulrushERs, which is supposed to be humorous and emphasize the fact that Huck doesn't really care about bible teachings. He says that he didn't "take no stock in dead people."
