Trans American Life was the last owner of the building, which was demolished in 1978. Prior to Trans American life, it had been known as the Aviation building, and then the Commercial Standard Insurance building. At the building's demolition, the sculptures on either side of the door were saved, but their whereabouts are now unknown. See photo here: http://www.fortwortharchitecture.com/aviation-entry.jpg
