Any number of his many descendants, concerning most of whom we do not have details. Specifically, Methuselah was the most righteous of Adam's descendants at the time of Adam's death and it may be assumed that he took part in Adam's burial.

According to Judaism it wasn't just a legend. They are buried in Hebron.

Did they find Adam and Eves remains?

No; they were probably buried during the flood. However, if they had found them, there would be, to the best of my knowledge, no way to identify them.

Who took Adam's coffin to Jerusalem?

It is easy to get carried away with hagiology of Adam and look to different traditions that have no evidence to support them, and which disappear when new fads arise. Neither the Bible nor the Quran even says that Adam was buried in a coffin. Scientists and most scholars say that Adam never really existed, so there was no coffin. One of several Islamic traditions says that Adam himself went to Jerusalem and died there (even though there were not yet enough people on earth for any city). Another tradition says that 150 of his descendants carried Adam's body to Jerusalem. Yet another tradition is that Noah (Nuh) buried the thousand-year-old coffin of Noah in Jerusalem.

What are people made from?

Many generations ago, people were made out of dirt. God made Adam and Eve. This improves that when people are dead and buried, it means it will go back to the dirt.

Where prophet Adam buried?

No one can know - he was the first man on earth and therefore his children would've buried him. But it would've been near impossible to keep this record! Actually, his children did bury him & they did keep the record; he is buried in the lowest chamber of Me'erat HaMachpela in Hebron, Israel. The chamber is past where Abraham & Sarah, Isaac & Rebecca, and Jacob are buried & is held to be the entrance to the Garden of Eden (in the past 2,000 years or so, there hasn't been anyone that has made it down there & come back alive. Even before that, it was rare that a person came back out alive or even normal.) Also, some say that since he was buried before the flood, the terrain has changed & we no longer know the places. This is not exactly true. The land of Israel did not move in the flood & Abraham, as well as Moses, Miriam, King David, etc were all prophets & they were able to locate & mark the places of certain events that happened before the flood (for instance, the place where the dust of Adam was gathered from; remember Adam was made outside of the Garden of Eden & then brought into the garden). From then on, these spots have been marked one way or another (for instance, on the spot where Adam's dust was gathered is where the temple mount is sitting).
