Unfortunately, the Wikipedia articles that are on Answers.com (on the ReferenceAnswers side, not the WikiAnswers side) are exact copies of the Wikipedia articles, and they update almost as fast. It wouldn't do any good to edit it only on the ReferenceAnswers side, because any edit would only be copied over when we got the next update from Wikipedia.

Answer 1: I think the questioner meant "Wikipedia," not "wikipedie." And the answer to the question is "anyone." Of course, the community on Wikipedia keeps a watchful eye on what's written/edited, so if the writing/editing is inaccurate, or of poor quality, or is in any way misleading or pernicious, then the writer/editor will first be admonished and then, eventually, if things don't improve, s/he will be blocked from making any edits or doing any writing. To write/edit at Wikipedia, first create an account, then read the articles on how to write and edit (there's a lot to learn, so don't bypass those articles), and then go ahead and contribute.
