Hello,you can unlock destiny tower after you beat the game. Go to spindas cafe and make a lot of gummi smoothies. Evantually it might be a note on the bottom of your mug. Use gummis because they give you the best chance. Hope this helps!

In Pokemon: Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky, You Cannot recruit Arceus, Sadly, but there is a Statue of Arceus at the last floor of the New 99 Floor Dungeon Destiny Tower, an extreamly harsh Dungeon where No Pokemon can be recruited, No items can be taken into the Dungeon (They will be lost when you Enter) All money is lost when you enter, olny the Team Leader is allowed in, Your level is reduced to level 1, all IQ Skills are disabled and You cannot be rescued if you faint. If you do, however, get to the top of Destiny Tower, Then you will receive a Grand Item, a (SOMETHING) Globe, I forgot what it was called =P This wonderful item Maxes out stats completely (Not including Speed level.)
