Who can teach Bible?

In our modern society, most anyone it seems. But no 'teacher' is required if the person approaches the Scripture in a humble manner, prays for understanding, and diligently searches The Bible like the Bereans did in Acts 17 - using whatever tools available like a dictionary, concordance, maps and varying translations and insight of other scholars (which doesn't necessarily make it correct). Persistence will pay off for the diligent 'student.'

The most important rule of studying the Bible is to always allow it to interpret itself. The second rule is to read a Scripture in its fullest context and not simply the sentence itself.
