Who can you hire to typeset your music?

You're leaving a great deal out of your question. If you want to do something as specific as arranging type-setting, then you probably have not submitted the music to publishers and/or performers for consideration. It's not clear whether or not you have recorded a demo. Some thoughts: Arrange for some musicians to record a demo from your hand-written chart. Then, there are some excellent music scoring software packages including Sibelius and Finale. These programs are good enough to generate print-ready materials that are used by some important publishers, including Hal Leonard. You may know someone who is using one of these, or perhaps you could find a music student in a nearby college who would do this for you [almost certainly on one of these programs] as a project.

By the way, Sibelius (with additional software) can even scan in a hand-written chart and (depending on the readability of the chart) convert it to a standard editable score in the software!

Then, along with the demo, you'll have some good material to promote or self-publish your music. Programs like Sibelius are not cheap, but at roughly $500 they are not entirely out of reach for serious amateurs. Musicians will spend much more than that for quality instruments and sound equipment.

Publishers are not likely to take interest in music until they have some concrete evidence that it will sell. Usually, if it has been recorded or if there is some interest in recording more of your music, then you have some leverage with publishers.
