go to veilstone go to the house above the Pokemon center.make sure in your party there is a empty space.then talk to the man and he'll give you a ponygon.let it hold a up-grade then trdae with a friend of brother/sister. it will evole.if they have a dubiliuos disc and let it hold it then trade it will evole.when a Pokemon hold an item and trade to make it evole they will go away.but if u let a Pokemon hold a item but it wont evole it the item will be there. ponygon-ponygon-2-ponygon-Z
