People who cannot enter into contracts are drunkards,women married in community property,minors- this includes those between 0 to 7 cannot enter contracts at all but those between 7 and 18 can enter into contracts with the assistence of guardians or individually if they are tactically emancipated,companies without a memorandum or articl of association,prodigals and insolvents(broke people).
