Actually when this question is asked, people usually want to know in human reference of who committed the first sin. Here is the answer:
The first human sin was committed by Eve in the Garden of Eden, when she ate of the fruit that God had forbidden Adam or Eve to eat from.
The first human to commit the first sin was Eve, followed by Adam when they ate the forbidden fruit. However, the first one to commit sin was Lucifer, the angel. He proudly thought he was better than God and God banished him.

Adam and eve
Original sin as referred to in the Bible, and in sermons, is the disobedience of Adam to God when He told him not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This was the first sin that man committed, which plunged all of mankind into a constant state of sin, until God sent His only Son, Jeshua (Jesus in English) to redeem all of mankind back from all sin. So the first sin and the original sin are the same.
The First Sin commited according to the scriptures was by Eve when Satan tempted her into eating an apple from a tree which GOD had forbidded. She gave the same apple to Adam her husband and he committed the sin as well. So the sin orginated from Adam and Eve and is known as the original sin.
Saint Patrick did commit one sin. No one knows the sin he committed, but he committed the sin in his youth before going to Ireland.
A sin that is committed from an individual is just called a sin. Sins are sins not matter what type of sin it is.
if you're committed to somebody it is a sin but if you're not then there is no problem NO its not.
