No single person created electronics. It took the work of hundreds of scientists over about two centuries to discover and quantify the natural phenomena on which it is based, then roughly half a century for engineers to create the technology with those phenomena. Some of these people were:
Electron Blue was created in 2004.
Electron neutrino was created in 1956.
Electron User was created in 1983.
Thermo Electron was created in 1956.
Electron - comics - was created in 1977.
Acorn Electron was created in 1983.
The Left Hand of the Electron was created in 1972.
Center for Electron Nanoscopy was created in 2007.
Tokyo Electron was created on 1963-11-11.
A photon can be created when an electron transitions to a lower energy level and emits a photon. Conversely, a photon can be absorbed and "destroyed" when it is absorbed by an electron, causing the electron to transition to a higher energy level.
