First, let me explain that I am not an experienced user of cell phones. I got my first cell phone about five days ago, and therefore, I have not personally experienced this problem, but I imagine that the battery in a cell phone must be similar to those in a Dustbuster. A Dustbuster battery must always be recharged, but, despite being recharged, the battery must also be changed every so often. I would think that this would be very common because the battery is going to wear out after awhile even if you keep it always charged.
Black and Decker tool are easy to find, both in brick-and-morter stores and online. They are sold at Sears, Lowes, Walmart, and Amazon, just to name a few.
