Rawls
Because his Father wanted to call him up, but his Mother decided to call him Frank !
Yes. That's why you hear every rapper call themselves the "new" Sinatra or the "young" Sinatra. Ex: Jay-Z, Logic
Bing Crosby w/ Frank Sinatra (duet)

I believe you're talking about "Something" by George Harrison... which Sinatra mistook for a Lennon/McCartney song.
People called Elvis Presley, "The King", "The King of Rock n' Roll", and "Elvis the Pelvis."
Yes and No. Jimmy Roselli was 10 years younger than Sinatra and also from Hoboken, NJ. Roselli was an up and coming Italian-American singer in the late 50's and early 60's, and was considered by many people, more talented then some of the greats at the time (Sinatra, Vale, etc)… Amid his rise to the top he was asked by some men to perform at a charity event which Frank Sinatra's mother was involved. Roselli HAD sung for Mrs. Sinatra before at other events and was already booked on the date of this benefit. Jimmy had always dealt directly with Dolly Sinatra in the past and asked that she call him personally. Some say Roselli was "set up". Frank Sinatra was mistakenly told that Roselli refused to perform. After that happened, Jimmy Roselli's career stagnated. It was rumored Sinatra had radio stations stop playing Roselli's records and certain clubs and other venues wouldn't hire him.
As I recall, he carried them so that he would be able to make phone calls from pay phones following an incident when his son, Frank Sinatra Junior was kidnapped. The story goes that Frank did not have any change for the telephone when he needed to make a call to find out details of the story shortly after he heard about it.
Sinatra called Sammy "Smokey", because of his constant smoking and his "smoker's voice".
He probably transcends any one category. But, if you had to label it you could call it "classic pop" or "swing". His style evolved from having been a vocalist during the "big band" era. He single handedly ended that era by making the focus the singular singer, not the band. The songs he sang have been called the "Great American Songbook".
You can call them a singer or entertainer.
