Depends upon how you view the first covenant. If the first covenant was with Adam and Eve, then the second covenant was with Noah (Genesis 6:18). If the first true convenant was with Noah, then the second covenant was with Abraham. (Genesis 15:18)
In Christianity, there are several covenants that God made with humanity throughout the Bible. Some of the most notable covenants include the covenant with Noah (Genesis 9), the covenant with Abraham (Genesis 12), the covenant with Moses (Exodus 19), and the new covenant through Jesus Christ (Luke 22). Each covenant established a particular relationship between God and his people.
The second covenant in the Bible is the covenant between God and Noah, commonly known as the Noahic Covenant. This covenant was established after the Great Flood and was a promise from God to never again destroy the world with a flood. It also included the sign of the rainbow as a symbol of this covenant.
