Her name was Qutayla bint Qays, although she is sometimes also known as Habla, and she was a princess from Yemen.
She was legally married to Mohammed in 632 and then set out on the journey from Yemen to Medina to meet him. But while she was still on the road, she heard that Mohammed had died, so in fact they never met.
Therefore Qutayla was definitely the final wife.
