Aside from Fortunato, there is no evidence he killed any other specific person. In the cellar there are several piles of bones of other people who had been chained to the walls and left to die; however, nothing suggests that Montresor himself killed anyone that way. If anything, the descriptions of the bones is such that they belonged to persons who had been chained there long many years before then.

Yes, although Fortunato is never killed within the actual story (there is no dead body) we know that he was chained to a wall in the vault, that Montresor bricked up the entrance to the vault and the the brick was has remained undisturbed for a half century. It is circumstantial but, still pretty convincing.

Fortunato of course he is Montresors antagonist, he insults the Montresor family multiple times and he had to take action because he was the last of his family and their motto is "Nemo me impune lacessit" which is Latin for "No one insults me with impunity.
