The Nurse. The Nurse discovers Juliet after when she goes to wake her up to tell her Paris was waiting for her downstairs. She finds Juliet apparently dead (actually in a deep sleep after taking the potion) then runs back to get Lady Capulet.
Nope, 'cause she doesn't know about it herself. Juliet dumped the Nurse as an advisor after she counselled Juliet to commit bigamy. She did not let the Nurse in on the sleeping potion plan. If you had read or seen the play, you would probably remember that it was the Nurse that discovered the supposedly "dead" Juliet, and she was some upset about it.
