you have to go into the BAD bistro and if you are wearing a Chameleon Suit you have to take it off then you go into the kitchen and talk to the chef and he will give you a memory test that is really easy and then you are a chef then you have to talk to the guy sitting at table and he asks you to fill up his cup and his cup has his fingerprint on it hope that helped ;D
