That's up to you to decide. In my opinion Timon is the 'brains' of the duo and yet he seems to constantly get him and Pumbaa and trouble more times then they can count. As for Pumbaa I think he should be the 'brains' because it doesn't seem as though he'd get them in to trouble as Timon would. But both are very good characters. At least with them around there isn't a shortage of humor around. I like both characters because they both look out for one another even if they are a bit odd.
