It depends what position you want. Like sales associate and cashier are two seperate titles. As a sales associate, it requires a lot of being on your feet for like 9 or so hours and helping customers shop. You do get a break, and the other employees, at least the ones I work with, are very friendly and great to work with.
You get like 5 hours for being a sales associate and $8 per hour I believe is what they pay for apart time job.
Most stores would like you to be a high school graduate or have a GED, unless you are still a student. Most companies offer their own training to sales associates.

Usually an hour associate will be a sales type of position or a low level secretarial position, sometimes a customer service position as well. It is best to have a generic objective like, 'To find a job that will utilize my skills in customer service and provide an avenue to grow with the company.'

There is actually no schooling required to become a nanny. Many people do like the nanny to have at least an associate's degree in early childhood education or development.
