Checks that purport to be "sweepstakes winnings" or "expense payments" from someone you do not know are virtually always scams, a type of mail fraud. The sender will ask you to pay back part, or provide your banking information. They are out to steal your money. If something sounds too good to be true, it isn't good at all. If you contact the Data-2-Logistics company directly, they will tell you that it is a scam.
Report it to the police . . . this person may be reading other people's mail, too. By the way, this person's actions are a Federal offense, and will most likely involve the FBI.
Read the tickets, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Most cash sweepstakes are scams, that should be your default assumption. Even the ones that actually pay out (with a one in many million chance) will use your information to try to sell you things, and sell your address to advertisers.
Pyramid schemes are considered scams because they lie about actually giving payments and benefits. They are considered illegal in numerous countries too.
Common scams to watch out for on Craigslist and eBay include fake listings, phishing scams, overpayment scams, and counterfeit goods. Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true, requests for personal information, and sellers who refuse to meet in person or use secure payment methods.

It's a SCAM!!! You'll get a letter in the mail about "earning" over $400,000 a month if you order the system for $35! I didn't order it, but was tempted. I read up on it on some other sites and discovered there are other scams coming from the same P.O. Box address. It sounds too good to be true...and it is!
The US Postal Service takes 3-5 days to send mail from one state to another.
