Well, Kakashi has the Sharingan eye. He doesn't have as much chakra as Naruto does, of course. Naruto is always charging into a battle without even thinking, which is not something Kakashi ever does. Also Naruto takes things more emotionally than Kakashi does. That's all I can think of, really.

Why does Kakashi become the Sixth Hokage?
Because Kakashi is strong, smart, and the last remaining villager with a sharingan which is a plus. Tsunade is weak from healing the entire village and Danzo is dead. It honestly should've been Shikamaru's dad in my opinion. Also I think he's just "Acting-Hokage" I don't think It's permanent
