when T.K. and Kari were little they seem to like each other. When t. found out that there was an 8th digidestined. he wanted the 8th digidestined to be his same age, so he can play with him/her. (Answer answered by someone else)
Really, in the anime Kari's husband is unknown, but in the manga, im happy to say that Kari and T.K. are married.

∙ 14y agoThe creators originally wanted Takari (Takeru and Hikari), but it wound up being vague instead for the ending. So it could be anyone, really, from the younger Chosen Children except for Ken and Iori.

They only metion that Yamato/Matt and Sora are married along with Ken and Miyako/Yolei.
(In the English dub. Yamato/Matt and Sora's Mariage was not not mentioned because of all the choices/varieties of couples invovling them.Altough Toei Animation proved it was true.)

It was because of the choices of couples that existed.Altough Toei Animation proved it was correct.)
