If you're talking about the gingerbread commercial, it's Steve Buscemi (of indie movie fame) and Norm McDonald (stand-up comedian and alumnus of Saturday Night Live). It's an ad for "Go Phone" by AT&T, formerly known as Cingular. If you mean "the more bars, in more places" series of Cingular Wireless commercials, with a single voice, it is stage and screen actor Stanley Tucci. I asked the company media group.
Her name is Zoe from Seattle, WA. She is also a powerful singer and an incredible actress. You hear her voice on sattelite radio and lots of other places. Watch and listen for her a lot! She's been really busy! By the way, She's my favorite cousin! James Hillis Ford

Checking the phone setting on your phone.
Daniel Stern However, if you are referring to Cingular-AT&T Cell phone commercials, then Stanley Tucci does the voice overs.
Alan Arkin
The person who does the voice over in Cingular/AT&T commercials is Stanley Tucci. However, the persons who provide the voices in the ginger bread house commercial are Steve Buscemi & Norm McDonald.
Victor Williams, best known as Deegan on the TV show, King of Queens.
Bb&t
BB and T was established in 1872 by Alpheus Branch
I think the newest T Mobile commercial is David Faustino who played Bud Bundy on Married with Children. The new T Mobile voice over girl is my cousin, Zoe from Seattle, WA. She also has the most incredible singing voice since Ann Wilson of Heart! She is also a sattelite radio girl and an actress... Watch and listen for more from Zoe!
Actor Phil Reeves plays Coach T in Toyota commercials.
BB&T gives you .10% over $1,300 & under $10K, Over $10K you get .25%. Every other bank I've called gives you 0.05% or less. Keep in mind BB&T is only on the east-coast.
Jake T. Austin
It is Gene Wilder ( taken from the original Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory ) It is not a voice over.
