According to Rosetta Stone's home page, yes, they do indeed have a version that teaches Hindi.
Tagalog is a version of Rosetta Stone. Filipino Tagalog is a language you can learn when buying a certain set of Rosetta Stone software. You can possibly get a discounted one on eBay.
If it is just for yourself then I would recommend the personal version. You need absolutely no experience to use Rosetta Stone software.
