Whatever his contract specifies. That's how a record label deals with an artist. They both sign a contract, the terms usually dictated by the label. If he is popular enough, he can ask for more money or go somewhere else. The music lawyer representing the artist also does his job representing the interests of the artist. The lawyer(s) for the label (independent or major) represents the interests of the record label. Asking for more money from the advance that a contract offers that must be paid back before earnings is a key factor prior to signing. The legal issues best handled by a music lawyer as a real estate agent represents a seller or buyer. The job of the artist is to sell recording product for the label and the investors which have to be repaid first before profits.
Yes, the company only changed name. that does not mean that the company dropped everything along with it. The company cannot say that they don't want you any more they have to somehow break the contract and unless they actually dropped everything including the company name then you or anyone else have nothing to worry about.
You need to prove to record labels that you have music that people want to buy. In the old days if you could get a quality demo made you could ship that around to labels and get signed. Now, because anyone can make a demo at home on their computer, labels are flooded with horrible music and thus most don't even listen to demos. My advice is to pull all of the bands money together, and get a good CD recorded, and pressed that you can sell. From there, sell them to anyone who will buy them. Perform at every venue possible and sell your CD's at your shows. The problem is most people just sit around and wait to be "discovered" and that isn't going to happen. My advice is to not even think about a record label. As a band decide what needs to be done to make your dreams happen. If you need a CD, make a CD. If you need to tour, book a tour. It's not easy, nothing in the music business is easy. If you can prove that you can make money and draw crowds without a label, that will catch their eye. Most labels these days (aside from the big 4) can't afford to go out sign a band and then develop them. They need someone that can start making money now. If you prove that you can do that, you are a step further than everyone else. This also helps to leverage a better contract when/if that time comes. Also, you may find that you are doing great without a label and you can do it all on your own. A label can help deliver your music to more people, but they also take a cut and some are out to rip you off. Searching online can help you find materials that will help grow the name of your band. You can get CD's, posters, t-shirts, hats, mugs, stickers, etc made up with your band logo on them and start selling them without a label taking percentages. Save up your money and make it happen. There are no handouts.

There doesn't seem to be a record label that is called Prison Records. Don't forget to copyright the name as soon as possible so that no one else can steal it from you.
it might be muddy, foggy, and slippery or else it is not hard

Jimmy Football is an unknown actor named Aaron Walters. And NO, you probably haven't seen him in anything else.
The word rile means that you have made someone else annoyed or irritated. It can also mean to make water muddy.
If you created the song all by yourself and it wasn't based off of someone else's song and sounds real similar to that song, then the ownership of the song is yours. Although, if you posted somebody else's song, then you will have to do your own research to see what record or label company owns the copyright for the soundtrack.

No as a graph is used to record information you or someone else found out not to record predictions.
Being That Psychopathic Records is an independent record label much like Strange Music, and many others they don't have one, they more or less a private company. But Fontana Distribution handles their products getting to you and anyone else, and Fontana is a subsidiary of Universal, or UMG (Universal Music Group) which is completely owned by Vivendi, and Vivendi's stock symbol is VIV.
