The Constitution of the United States of America is the supreme law of the land and is enforced by the Federal Courts, headed by the the Supreme Court of the United States, by the Attorney General of the United States and his appointees, and by the Congress of the United States through the legislation that it passes.
The constitution for each state is the supreme law of that state. Each state constitution is different and appoints different law enforcement officers and mechanisms. As with the Federal constitution however, the state constitutions are enforced by state law enforcement agencies, administrative agencies, appeals courts and the state supreme courts, along with the Federal courts in some cases.
