Romeo considers crashing the party when he finds out that Rosaline will be there.
Romeo finds out about the Capulet party when a servant, who is unable to read, asks him for help in reading the invitation. The servant, unaware of Romeo's identity, invites him to the party, mentioning that it is a grand event hosted by the Capulet family. Intrigued by the prospect of seeing Rosaline, Romeo decides to attend, setting the stage for his fateful encounter with Juliet.
In Act I Scene 5 Tybalt tells Capulet that Romeo, a Montague, has crashed the party. Capulet tells Tybalt not to bother about it: Romeo has a good reputation, and is behaving himself, so why disturb the party at which everyone is having a great time?
The friar. He finds Romeo dead there too, by the way.
If I remember correctly it is the Capulet party, and is the only party in the whole play. Of course, by me saying that, the reason Romeo thinks it's a bad idea is because it is the Capulet's house.
Juliet's family was having a party which Romeo's family wasn't invited to because they're enemies. Romeo finds out about the party and thinks that a girl he likes named Rosaline will be there. (Rosaline is the girl that Romeo liked before meeting Juliet except Rosaline didn't love Romeo back). So Romeo sneaks into the party cause they're all wearing masks. He then sees Juliet from across the room and falls instantly in love with her.

He finds out about it though Mercutio and Benvolio who found out about it when Capulet sent Peter out to give the invitations and since he's illiterate he asks Mercutio and Benvolio to read who he has to give the invitations too.
He finds out that Romeo is depressed because he is in love. Or rather, the thinks he is depressed because he thinks he is in love.
No-one invites romeo to the party. Romeo and Mercutio come across a servant who cannot read and find out that the Capulets are hosting a party and that Rosaline (who Romeo thinks he is in love with) will be there. So they decide to go. Everyone will be wearing masks so no-one will recognise him. Tybalt finds out that they are there but Lord Capulet tells Tybalt not to start a fight since Romeo hasn't caused any trouble.
he needs to go to the party to see rosaline but benvolio thinks hell see more beautiful better women.
