Dinosaur names aren't 'found', but rather given by their discoverers. While most animals do have a language of noises to understand each other, they don't know each other by the names we give them. The word Tyrannosaurus doesn't mean anything to your standard hadrosaur, but a loud, high-pitched bellow would tell them that something big with sharp teeth is coming. The names we know them by are give for our benefit, often telling of some distinguishable feature the animal has.
