Interesting question! :)
The Catholic Encyclopedia points out that a spear believed to be identical with that which pierced our Saviour'sbody was venerated at Jerusalem at the close of the sixth century, and the presence there of this important relic is attested half a century earlier by Cassiodorus (In Ps. lxxxvi, P.L., LXX, 621) and after him by Gregory of Tours (P.L., LXXI, 712)
Perhaps a deeper look into the writings of Cassiodorus or Gregory of Tours listed above might shed some light on who brought it to Jerusalem and when.
No it may not be found, as it was not thought important then.
The spear Christ was stabbed with is known as the Holy Lance. There is no definite way to prove that it is even in existence, although there have been many claims. Some feel that the Vatican Lance housed under the Dome of St. Peter is the Holy Lance. There are other lances in Romania, Poland, and England with these claims. Barrack Obama has made no claims to owning any type of spear or lance connected with Holy Lance lore.

Well in order to capture the holy Lance correctly, you will need to walk all the way down the long passage on the left of your map and you will see a bridge off to the right. you need to jump off this bridge even though it looks like you will die. this is actually a cheat that will send you forward in the game and will get the holy lance
There have been three or four major relics that are claimed to be the Holy Lance or parts of it. The Holy Lance in Rome is preserved beneath the dome of Saint Peter's Basilica, although the Catholic Church makes no claim as to its authenticity.
