Who founded the Christan religion?

Christianity was started and founded by Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus was born in what many believe to be the year 0-4 A.D. He was conceived by the Virgin Mary, by the power of the Holy Spirit (one of the three persons of God) after the archangel Gabriel visited her and told her that she would give birth to the Son of God, although she had no relations with a man. His foster father was Joseph and he taught Jesus his trade: carpentry. When Jesus was about 30 years old, He started His public ministry. He preached throughout Israel. Jesus had 12 apostles. Jesus taught in parables, (stories with lessons), about the Kingdom of Heaven and Salvation. He brought many sinners to God, including tax collectors, prostitutes, and many more. He also performed many miracles such as healing lepers, raising people from the dead, casting out demons, giving the blind sight, and healing many sick. When He was arrested, Pontious Pilate tried to release Him but the people said they wanted Barrabus instead. He had Jesus crucified although He was pure and clean from sin. Jesus was mocked and scourged at the pillar. He also had to carry His cross to Golgatha where He was crucified on the hill in between two thieves. One of the thieves repented and Jesus said that he would be with Him in paradise. Before Jesus died, His last words were, "Father, into your hands I commend my spirit." Also, Jesus forgave His executioners saying asking His Father to forgive them for they did not know what they were doing. Jesus rose from the dead Himself after three days. He then stayed on earth for 40 days, a popular and significant number in The Bible. He then ascended into heaven, and He will come again to judge the living and the dead. He is also known as Jesus Christ, the Savior, the Son of God, Emmanuel (God is with us), the Lamb of God, the Good Shepherd, and I'm pretty sure there are a few more.
