originaly GPS was part of the US Military satellite system and designed for battlefield positioning information in guidance systems. it was intended to create autonomous armaments that would direct themselves to their destinations automatically (as cruise missiles were intended to do) The system was released into the civilian world when it was realised how useful it could be - however it would be shutdown to civilians in the event of war. This problem has led the E.U. and particularly U.K. to develop "Magelan" a far more accurate system of positioning (to millimetres not metres of accuracy) using dozens of special satellites for civilian use only.
Roger L. Easton invented the GPS system for the US military. The US military developed a working system with satellites, ground control stations and local GPS user receivers.
The GPS system was developed and funded by the U.S. Department of Defense. The cost of putting GPS satellites into orbit was covered by the U.S. government.
GPS signal jammers are portable devices that literally means gadgets that stop a GPS tracking device from receiving the signal that without which they cannot pick up their position. They emit their own signal at the frequency that GPS tracking devices use, which confuses or blocks other GPS signals.
yes, you can get a gps system that has the data of Trinidad
TeleAtlas Maps are standard with this GPS system.
The GPS does not contain an external tracking system, but you should be able to see where she has been on the GPS itself. The GPS keeps record on where you have been before.

In the UK, GPs are funded by the state, through local authorities.

Not sure which company actually built the first GPS hardware, but the GPS system was first developed for, and used by, the US Military (US Department of Defense) in 1973.
Ethiopian born scientist who worked at NASA and developed the GPS system.
It is the acronym for the Wide Area Augmentation System. It is a system developed by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) to augment the GPS (Global Positioning System) satellites.

It is not a brand new GPS system. It was developed at the latest in 2006, which is the year that this review (see link) was written. http://www.gpsreview.net/lowrance-iway-500c/
