Who wears masks and why?
Slipknot and Hollywood Undead both wear mask. I'm not quite sure why, but I think they wear them just to make themselves look more interesting.

This is a question I have been waiting for an answer to for a long time. After a lot of research and web trolling, it seems the only available store to buy HU masks is in fact Ebay. Most people make their own HU masks (buying a blank mask and copying one of the band member's designs to it) and then post it on Ebay. I suggest you make your own! but if you lack the artistic and creative skills (like me) Ebay is the place to look.

For the members of Hollywood Undead each mask has different meanings to each one of them. People make the mistake of saying they hide behind their masks but they take them off like 3 songs in each performance. The masks are just something to stand out. They didn't wanna be like every other band so they did something unique. Lately they've been upgrading their masks with the last few albums that has come out.
Did Mushroomhead steal ideas from Slipknot as they used to have members and instruments very like Slipknot?
No, mushroomhead has almost the same masks. And the members of Slipknot have different masks that reflect their personality.
