No way can anyone tell you how to do this here in this space. It requires removing the intake and exhaust manifolds, and then removing the head. A very complicated job that requires skill, knowledge, and the proper tools. Buy a repair manual if you want to tackle this job.

The job is not too difficult but you are getting into removing the cylinder heads, replacing head bolts, torque sequence must be followed, cam shaft timing is critical, if you do not have a manual please do not attempt this job yourself. Bring it to me all messed up after you have attempted to do the job yourself and I would charge you double the rate to fix it.
