Out of about ninety references about the bed in The Bible, none of them gives any dimension. Therefore it would be hard to answer who had the widest bed. A possible answer could be: Solomon, David, or Nebuchadnezzar.

Answer:

It was about 6 feet wide here:

Deuteronomy 3:11New King James Version (NKJV)

11 "For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of the giants.[a] Indeed his bedstead was an iron bedstead. (Is it not in Rabbah of the people of Ammon?) Nine cubits is its length and four cubits its width, according to the standard cubit.Footnotes:

  1. Deuteronomy 3:11 Hebrew rephaim
