A Baby has more bones than an adult. Approximately 300 ! (an adult has only 206) Several bones in a babies body are not yet "fused" together. Example: If you feel a baby's head there is a "soft-spot' in the middle because some of the bones in their skull are not yet connected. Babies bodies are constantly growing and changing, whereas an adult is done "growing"up.
