I doubt it, unless you want to know how oil feels on your hair and head! I mean, annointing people with oil is a ceremonial thing and no one has ever been recorded as ceremonially annointing themselves.

Anyone that understand the power given unto us by Jesus Christ in his name. I know this day and age we put a lot of faith on Bishops, pastors and the likes but when the Holy Spirit was given we all have been given the same authority. All oil is is representation of the Holy Spirit. So when you anoint someones head with oil and touch and agree that just basically means that you are standing with that person or thing and the Holy Ghost is the mediator between you two and God. I have seen no place where only certain people can do certain things in the New Testament. Just my take on it.
