I would be surprised if any president was named for an elementary school. I would not be surprised if more elementary schools were named after Lincoln than any other president. The reason is that Lincoln was such a popular name for black schools before integration and is still a good name for any school, I think.
There are countless defunct elementary schools all over the US.

Primary schools (which are usually called elementary schools in the US) usually serve kindergarten, and then 1st grade through either 5th or 6th grade. Some elementary schools also offer preschool (much like nursery in the UK primary schools).
There are a few schools nation wide that are specially designed for people with cerebral palsy. Most of these schoosl though suggest sending your child to a regular school. Just make sure they are prepared for this to happen.
