In Texas it is dry and theirs droughts.In Florida their isnt droughts and its moist. Answer Florida has Beautiful beaches and the water is amazing. Not true in Texas. I've actually been thinking of moving there because of the beautiful beaches, among other things that are good there.

I am not sure of the requirement for beaches which are open to vehicular traffic.
