Maybe. Solomon's father, David, fasted and did what good observant Jews did at the time so it's likely that Solomon fasted also but isn't explicitly mentioned in the Old Testament.2 Samuel 12:16 "David pleaded with God for the child. He fasted and spent the nights lying in sackcloth on the ground".
According to the Bible, Moses fasted for 40 days and 40 nights on two occasions while he was on Mount Sinai receiving the Ten Commandments from God.
