Samson and John the Baptizer were two that come to mind.
They were Nazirites (One Singled Out; Dedicated One; Separated One)
There were two types of Nazirites
One who was born a 'Nazirite' for life, by divine commission from God
and One who took a Nazirite vow for a time period.
Both were to keep away from wine and intoxicating liquor, wine vinegar, grapes (fresh or dried), any liquid made from grapes, and anything at all that is made from the wine vine, from the unripe grapes to the skins.(Numbers 6:1-7)
Samson was a Nazirite from birth(Judges 13:2-5) and because of this his mother could not have any product of the vine either(Judges 13:24)(Judges 16:17)
John the Baptizer (Luke 1:13-17), also a Nazirite from birth, was completely devoted to God, and so could not touch wine or strong drink.
The word 'drink' appears 358 times in the King James version.
This is found in Ephesians 5:18 -
The DRB, Duay Rhems Bible is used by most most Roman Catholic.

The Bible does not specifically say whether the Christian can or can not drink alcohol, but it does say that the Christian should not get drunk.
Alcohol is not mentioned as such in the Bible, but many times there are references to wine and strong drink and to drunkeness and to a merry heart.
The Bible. Isaiah 22:13, ‘Let us eat and drink; for tomorrow we shall die.’
Lycans are not mentioned at all in the Bible.

By completed if you mean the first Bible to have all that is in it now, by the numbers in the chapters, and verses, and all the content of the words, then the first Bible to have all of those things was the Geneva Bible. 1560
