Henry II to Thomas Becket
Venezuela has had a total of 26 constitutions. They have been instituted and changed between the years 1811 and 1961.
Thomas Becket fled into exile in France in 1164, the same year that King Henry II of England passed the Constitutions of Clarendon.
i have no idea man i need help with that myself.. but i think it might be these: MAGANA CARTA, LEGAL REFORMS, MODEL PARLIAMENT AND CONSTITUTIONS OF CLARENDON
Thomas Beckett was an Archbishop of Canterbury. He died because of a conflict between him and Henry II due to the Constitutions of Clarendon. It caused a quarrel because King Henry II's effort was to bring the power away from the church courts and to the royal courts. Four knights killed him in front of the main altar of Canterbury Cathedral. In 1173, the church named him a saint. Yet interestingly still, the Constitutions of Clarendon stood. Have a nice day!
