That would seem to be the correct spelling from the Bengali: শুভ নববর্ষ "shubo noboborsho" (Happy New Year).
"Esho He Boishakh Esho Esho" was composed by famous Bengali poet and musician Rabindranath Tagore. The song is traditionally sung in Bangladesh and West Bengal to celebrate the Bengali New Year, known as Poila Baisakh.
